Really, ‘anonymous coward’, your suggestion that it is almost ad hominem is ad hominem.

And while I think I understand from earlier readings, is there any chance Professor Lessig could take another stab at that final sentence in this post, because it’s not terribly clear imo.

Besides, the public domain is competition. The less media available to the public, the more power the media companies have with their controlled content.
