Gwen Stefani have potential for being a hug star, but she stops appearing in media so he is not any more some interested public person. Media like controversial people and Stefani is not one of them, so she is not so interested to media only on occasions like this when she got a child. Stefani still is good singer and I hope that she will come back in big scene in style.

Frankly, I don't care one whit about celebrity personalities but Gwen interests me -altho not enough to pursue it beyond stray commentary such as this one.

I work in fashion. I'm beyond caring about celebrity fashion designers who essentially license their names to produce yet more offal. An exception to the rule is Gwen Stefani. Not only does she design and produce her own collection, she actually sews her own samples. Most -and I do mean most- designers don't sew much less have had the discipline to have developed the skills and acumen to produce their own samples. I cannot imagine the time constraints of her life and I am inspired that her priorities and commitment to product integrity are such that she makes the time to do it...and okay, maybe she needs better material handling skills; she broke her finger under the pressing foot of an industrial machine :).

I suppose her decision to make the photos available to the public as she has is merely yet another expression of the integrity that obviously governs the practices of her life.

I can't say I know much about Stefani - or heard of Rossdale (I'm terribly out of touch with the music scene..sad for a 27 year-old) - but this pleases me enormously. What a wonderful way to set a great example!

And I must say, while I didn't recognize Stefani from the photo (see first aside), the picture is beautiful, and very tasteful.

It's a nice photo, but the high resolution TIF is really grainy and blocky. It seems like they made a TIF from a higly compressed JPG!
