Shouldn’t he be giving credit to people like Hillary Clinton, Patrick Leahy, Barbara Boxer, Tom Daschle etc. I too believe that INDUCE too broadly restricts technology in the guise of protecting copyright, but it is a gross distortion of reality to place the blame of the bill solely on the party Mr. Lessig doesnt agree with politically.
