Can someone just say what the story is specifically about (or
how to find it in the print paper?) While the Post has the
right to make annoying rules for access to their site
(and I have this weird ethical thing about either following those
rules or not using the site myself)
they have no exclusive claim to a story’s facts or citation.

The CPA drew up this law, and blithely ignored it.

It reinforces the CPA in particular, and the US in general as being lawless actors on the Iraqi stage, which could lead to further conflict.
