Howard Dean seems like an interesting guy and most important seems willing to take the fight to the current admin in an articulate forceful way. It would be interesting to seem him articulate some views on the recent FCC moves, the DMCA and Eldred. In some ways this might be the best way to get the Eldred Act into the public debate, though having said that how viable is Dean as a long term participant in the debate?
