What do you mean by “There’s no chance the government will allow the 10th Circuit’s decision to stand unreviewed.”

Will the gov. come up with a new bill? what would be in it? Or, did you mean they’ll go back with their own cert to the Supreme Court?

Why doesn’t anyone attempt to broaden the ex post facto standard that was imposed over two hundred years ago?
