If INDUCE can blame people for disseminating ‘how to’s and enabling hacking, then we can certainly blame Microsoft for enabling copy-protection of public domain documents.

If DRM wasn’t available, that DRM’d constitution would’ve never happened.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the DRM-ed one were cheaper. However, you can circumvent this measure by just clicking on the Go link. I always leave a nice little memento, such as the private e-mail address of one the members, so that any spam will go there.
