    How about contributing to campaigns of swing state legislators who will commit to passing laws allowing small contributor funding for all state campaigns? This would then include federal legislator campaigns. Do your plan state by state.

    Maybe you could also get them to require national candidates to personally give five to ten publicly funded 30 minute TV speeches in prime time before primaries and general elections. This would put some of the policy back into politics. The rise of soundbites over policy has been recently bemoaned by Matt Bai.
